Accommodation. Please note. Every kind of accommodation is difficult to find in the months of July & August.
Most residential accommodation for these summer months is fully booked as early as April or May and even before in some cases.. Additionally, most schools do not reserve the accommodation you have requested until your booking is fully confirmed. For this reason, you should confirm and pay a deposit as soon as you are sure that are going to attend the course.
Homestay.
Homestay accommodation (half-board) provides in most cases, a single room with breakfastand evening meal from Monday to Friday, and usually lunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
Some schools can offer Homestay and self-catering. Residential accommodation is available at some schools in summer. Apart from the above, schools will supply addresses of hotels, B&B’S etc. Remember that these establishments may be much more expensive than similar places in your own country.
Welfare
British Council and inspectors of all major accreditation bodies ensure that the school realises how difficult it can be to come and study in a foreign country. They look at information and support for students, and procedures for dealing with emergencies. If the school offers accommodation, the inspectors visit it, and check that the school inspects it regularly and that student complaints are acted upon promptly.
This guide will provide you with all the essential information you need to choose the right course. In addition to educator information, it shows clearly the location, facilities prices and conditions of each centre.
Our booking service for any student all over the world is FREE. It is the quickest, simplest and best way to reserve your course. By special arrangement Educatours get the best price for all courses including groups bookings.
With University, we will help you to enquire about sources of financial support from the relevant embassy, consulate or education office and from the universities to which you apply. Remember that competition for most scholarships is intense, and that it is usually necessary to apply a year or so in advance of the proposed date of admission. Most internationally mobile students have to fund their study from their own (or their family’s) resources
